Welcome to Sift. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Sift website and app (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
Sift (“Sift,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a service operated by Sift Shop LLC, a California limited liability company. Sift is a personal shopping-discovery tool that helps you find clothing and accessories from third-party retailers. We show you products and link you to the stores that sell them. Sift does not sell, ship, or fulfill any products. Every purchase is made directly with the retailer and is subject to that retailer’s own pricing, availability, terms, and policies.
Sift participates in affiliate programs. When you click a product link and make a purchase, Sift may earn a commission, at no additional cost to you. This never changes the price you pay, and product recommendations are driven by your own preferences and activity.
Using Sift requires an account, which you create with your email address. You’re responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Please provide accurate information.
Sift offers an optional paid subscription, Sift Plus. Current plans are $4.99 per month or $50 per year, and eligible new subscribers may start with a 7-day free trial. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe — Sift does not receive or store your card details.
Automatic renewal. Sift Plus automatically renews at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel. If you start a free trial and don’t cancel before it ends, you’ll be charged for the first period.
Canceling. You can cancel anytime from your account (the manage-subscription / billing link). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Plus until then, and you won’t be charged again. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods.
We may change Plus features or pricing. If we change the price of a plan you’re on, we’ll give you notice beforehand, and the new price will apply on your next renewal.

The Sift name, logo, design, and software are owned by Sift Shop LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our permission. Product names, images, and information belong to their respective retailers and brands.
The Service links to and displays data from third-party retailers. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their products, prices, availability, content, or policies. Any purchase or dealing you have with a retailer is solely between you and them.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that product information, pricing, or availability is accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sift Shop LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any issues arising from purchases or interactions with third-party retailers. In no event will Sift Shop LLC’s total liability for any claim relating to the Service exceed the greater of the amount you paid Sift in the 12 months before the claim or US $100.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first — we’ll try to resolve it informally. Any dispute that isn’t resolved that way will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you and Sift Shop LLC consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
